Today was Day 10 of Insanity: Relief. This workout can be incorporated on any day, as it is a stretching routine. There are a variety of stretches that you hold, some easier than others, to increase your flexibility and to help your body recovery.
I was in need of a Chalene Fix, so I did TurboFire 60 prior to the Relief workout.
Tomorrow is my bday, I'll be 25...again. The workout on Deck is Insanity Asylum: Game Day. From what I've been told its far more difficult than Vertical Plyo.
